We walk alongside new organizations through the foundational steps: incorporation, IRS tax-exempt status, governance structures, bylaws, policies, and the early infrastructure that separates a sustainable organization from a stalled one. IncuBrighter's Fiscal Sponsorship program provides an established legal and financial infrastructure for projects and emerging organizations that are ready to raise funds and operate — but aren't yet incorporated as their own nonprofit entity.
Under fiscal sponsorship, your project operates under IncuBrighter's tax-exempt umbrella. Donors can give with confidence, and you can focus on your mission without waiting for the IRS.
