Lived Experience Leadership & EBE Integration
We support organizations in developing ethical, effective structures that integrate lived experience into leadership, advisory, and program roles without tokenism, extraction, or harm. Built on the EPIC Lived Experience Integration Method (Engage, Partner, Integrate, Co-Create) and IncuBrighter’s EBE (Experts by Experience) framework.

No. While IncuBrighter is based in Stark County, Ohio, consulting, training, and framework dissemination are available nationally. Many services are delivered remotely.
IncuBrighter primarily serves early-stage and growing nonprofits, typically with annual budgets under $1M. That said, we work with a range of organizations — from grassroots startups seeking 501(c)(3) status to legacy organizations reconnecting with the people they serve.
How does your sliding-scale pricing work?
IncuBrighter’s fees are scaled to organizational budget so that smaller organizations pay less. Strategic planning sessions, for example, are priced at $750 (budgets under $500K), $1,500 ($500K–$1M), and $3,000 (over $1M). Pricing for other services is available upon inquiry. Free tools and templates are always available at no cost.
